I am grateful to report that I no longer am in such a place, but I found this video (no recollection of even recording it) and I wanted to share it because the feelings are so heavy and seem so real when we’re in the midst of them. I was going to post it about a week or so ago and then got a little shameful about it (I still have those feelings from time to time). Today—- I decided to also be a “pussy” like the young war veteran from the British Army who is speaking up about mental health (**Story in My Highlights). A gamer wrote a negative comment about the vet because the former soldier was talking about “mental health bs”.
