Heart - Have a Heart (1970) Full Album

Second album from Albuquerque, NM band, Heart, who have nothing to do with the more well-known band, who are famous for their hit, “Barracuda“. This is more blues rock than the previous release. Released in 1970 on the King Records label (as opposed to the previous album being on Look Records), this was produced by local Albuquerque music man, John Wagner. Some members of Heart actually lent their talents as studio musicians to other Wagner-produced artists. This would be the last Heart album to feature the original lineup, as the late Danny Burnett (guitar) would depart for reasons unknown and Arnold Bodmer (keys) would leave to form Mud (not to be confused with the other band.) Bodmer would later rejoin the group midway through the sessions of their final album in 1972. The late Carl Silva (lead vocals, drums) and Bob Barron (bass) would still be a part of the group. 0:00 Classical Popsicle 2:04 Long Time Waitin’ 5:50 Won’t You Come Along 10:01 New Orleans 16:20 Believe 20:46 Just Us Chickens 25:54 Just Try 29:14 Have a Heart 32:50 One Love, Two Love 36:06 Cromwell’s Dream
