Vladimir Zhirinovsky sings Russian patriotic song (English subs)

FOR SUBTITLES TURN CAPTIONS (CC) ON. A video requested by Fly Air. In this video, Zhirinovsky once again sings a patriotic song. But, strangest thing, I couldn’t find any info about it. All I could find that music and lyrics are written by Alexander Chyorny, and the song is called ’Russia’. I found only 1 person by this name, but idk if that’s really him. He died in 1932. Maybe the guy at the blog made a mistake, when he said that music is also written by him, and it was written by someone else. Or, can it be that old...?
