Masala Chai is a flavoured tea beverage, made by boiling, black tea with a mixture of aromatic Indian spices. The term ‘CHAI’ originated from the Hindi word ‘Chai’, which was derived from the Chinese word ‘Cha’. Preparation and procedure of masala chai varies from person to person.
