U.S. top diplomat visits S. Korea as N. Korea, Russia strengthen military ties

블링컨 어제 밤 한국 도착 윤 대통령 예방 U.S. Secretary of State Antony Blinken has arrived in South Korea. This a time when North Korea and Russia appear to be deepening military ties. He arrived at the Osan Air Base at about 9:30 PM on Wednesday, after taking part in a G7 foreign ministers’ meeting in Tokyo. Later on Thursday, the top U.S. diplomat is scheduled to meet with President Yoon Suk Yeol and hold a meeting with his South Korean counterpart Park Jin. Measures to prevent further North Korean arms cooperation with Russia is expected to top the agenda, as well as ways to strengthen security and economic cooperation between Seoul and Washington.
