Transitions and power training. Pole Dance.

Trying out a lot of new things. Trying to stop repeating what I already know all the time. Starting some yoga balancing as well :) Also tried out pole silks..... LOVE them!!!! Lots of fun!!!! Moves included: shoulder mount flip to standing deadlift to Ayesha superman Gemini to scorpio iguana horizontal hold round the world elbow handstand one handed handstand XxxX
