Placement of a CeraRoot 16 zirconia implant after extraction

This video shows the drill sequence for the placement of the one-piece zirconia implant, right after the upper first molar was extracted. Bovine bone graft was used to fill the space between the implant and the socket extraction, in order to preserve the volume of the bone. An all-ceramic crown was manufactured using the “CEREC system“ and the material chosen for the crown is eMAX. 4 years after we can see that the buccal volume of soft and hard tissue has been maintained.
