INGREDIENTS:
1/4 cup loose black tea (orange pekoe, oolong or early grey)
3/4 cup sugar
hot water
DIRECTIONS:
Steep tea in near boiling water (160-180 degrees) for 5-6 minutes. Add sugar and stir until dissolved. Add enough cold water to equal 1 gallon. When 90 degrees or cooler add in 1 cup of previously fermented kombucha tea and your SCOBY. Cover with cheesecloth and allow to
