Since the economy of the aggressor state cannot cope with a decline in investments, shrinking of work power (due to mobilization and war casualties), and international sanctions, the talks about transferring to a planned economy are heard more and more often. Most experts, including Elvira Nabiullina, head of the Central Bank of Russia, note that going back to a planned economy is impossible; even ’guiding’ financial resources to certain branches of industry is extremely dangerous for the state.
