Boomerang post😜 Im wearing my favorite leggings from @doyoueven 🍑 - There was so many of you asking for my workout the day I posted this boomerang so I thought I could share it here💞 (Unfortunately you need access to a gym to be able to do this workout) - FULL LEG WORKOUT 👇🏽 (I did supersets during the whole workout, with lower weights in order to concentrate on muscle connection and get a good pump🍑) - 1️⃣ Bulgarian split squats in smith 4x15/leg superset with Leg press 4x12 2️⃣ Barbell Hip-thrusts 5x10-12 superset with Glute bridge (no weights) 5x20 3️⃣ Leg extensions 4x12 superset with Leg curls 4x10-12 4️⃣ Hip abductor 4x15 superset with Glute pushdown (in the chin/dip machine) 4x15 SAVE and try for later ⤴️😍 - Also you find my discount link in my bio if you want some pieces from @doyoueven @doyouevenwomen |AD 💞
