Description of workout:
1. High Bar Squat
Warm-Up Sets: 10,8,5,3,1
Top Set: 1 Heavy / Max Set x 3-5 Reps
Back Off Sets: 2 Sets x 8-10 Reps
(Reduce Weight by 25% for Back Off Sets)
2. Leg Press
Ascending Pyramid: 1 Set x 15,12,10
Back Off Set: 1 Set x 15 Reps or More
(use same weight used in the 1st set of 15)
3. Leg Extension
Straight Sets: 3 Sets x 15 Reps
Drop Set: 1 Set x 15/15/MAX
(Drop weight by 25% each set)
4. Sissy Squats
Straight Sets: 3 Sets x Max Reps
(Perform As Many Reps As Possible)
5. DB Romanian Deadlift
Ascending Pyramid: 1 Set x 15,12,10
Back Off Set: 1 Set x 15 Reps or More
(Use Same Weight Used in The 1st Set of 15)
6. Leg Curl
Straight Sets: 3 Sets of 15 Reps
Drop Set: 1 Set x 15/15/MAX
(Drop weight by 25% each set)
