Windows 10 vs Ubuntu - Resource Usage Comparison

How does Ubuntu compare to Windows 10’s resource usage? Will a Linux distro use fewer or more resources than Windows? Is Linux still behind Windows in terms of gaming performance? I’m unsure why the Windows footage, especially the text, looks so bad when zoomed. Enlarging an image will obviously make details like text more blurry but on the Windows side, it becomes almost unreadable.
