U.S. Rifle M1903a3 “03-A3“ to 500yds: Practical Accuracy

Watch latest videos, sometimes even early releases! Sign up for the newsletter : The U.S. M1903A3 was an improvement over the M1903 rifle with a rear aperture sight that was faster to produce during wartime. The “re-chambered Mauser“ was a common sight in the Pacific Theater even up till the 70’s when the U.S. Navy finally retired them. Since it’s employment, the M1903A3 has been a crowd favorite at CMP / NRA service rifle matches for it’s excellent sighting system, but how does it do on our field? Why does Henry not prefer the front sight? Find out for yourselves. Special thanks to The Gun Room LLC for loaning us this rifle.
