As of this writing, Willie is the only CTTR character who has yet to appear in Nitro-Fueled as a playable racer, but he is heavily speculated to appear in the upcoming Rustland GP alongside the Viscount and Megamix. That said, Jackson made Von Clutch’s traitorous mascot sound ever so sneaky and rather goofballish, meaning that the actor who voices him in Nitro-Fueled will have to try very hard to replicate such a performance.
