The German Spring : 1981 (TNO)

It’s been a long time. VERY long. But here’s something to make up for that! What started as a remake of my old TNO “German Spring“ super event vid (aka, the good ending for the Gang of Four and arguably one of the hardest for Germany to pull off), turned , THIS. Whether the more conservative reformists (represented by Henning von Tresckow) win out and create a better version of the Weimar Republic, or the more liberal elements (represented by Helmut Schmidt and Willy Brandt) peacefully start anew without ruining their nation, even factoring in the updated Speer paths in the current TNO build, it’s undeniably a massive improvement for the Reich and all of Europe. Either way, Hitler and Speer’s Thousand Year nightmares never come to pass. Unlike the previous version, I used as much authentic footage as I could find, much of which being from the German Reunification of 1990, including news footage ( ).
