DIY Pop-Up Elephant from Matthew Reinhart

Elephants are revered the world over as symbols of might, intelligence, memory, collaboration and loyalty. Elephants have always been my favorite animal because they seem magical to me - like mythical monsters made real by some ancient wizard’s spell. I think I learned how to draw elephants before I knew how to draw any other animal - that’s how obsessed I was! Maybe that’s why so many animals in my drawings back then had such long snouts. So today, let’s make a pachyderm POP! That’s right, pop-up creators - we are going to make our very own elephant pop-up card.
