This is a low impact workout, but DONT BE FOOLED! It really whooped my butt and I know you’re about to get the same fat burn in like I did! All you have got to do is get up and get moving.

I know its difficult to get your body moving sometimes, but once you start, girl; you’re not going to want to stop. Movement has a way of giving
us the energy that we didnt even know we could have.
And that’s what we are doing today, were not getting all fancy and getting down to the nitty gritty of what the name of the exercise is, or how many reps and are simply MOVING together. Thats what you need to do to see your goal happen! Find ways to move daily, and actually enjoy it so that you keep on wanting to come back to it.
This workout is going to challenge you; its 60 minutes in total (including the post-workout stretch), and yes there will be times where you want to stop and quit. In that moment, remember your goal, remember why you are doing this for yourself and you may be able to find the inspiration and motivation to keep pushing.
If its too much, the first, second, even third time okay! Give yourself time! Slowly work your way up to the 4.5 MILE WALK even with some of my other videos from my “walk with jo“ playlist.
