Enriching our lives and living well has been such an obstacle for so many, I know it was for me my whole life. From growing up a neglected latchkey kid on Chicago’s dangerous south side, going from a high school that sat between two rival gangs into the Marine Corps infantry and ’ve lived with trauma since I was a kid and I’ve lived the deeply rewarding experiences of growing into a healthier lifestyle. The trauma has been there the whole way, but I’ve been able to grow into a better, wiser, and more welcoming container for it. What I cover in this video has been part of that hard earned wisdom.
