Tone Your Abs, Waist & Lower Belly | Mat Pilates Abs & Waist Workout
Hi guys I’m back again this week with one of my favourite abs and waist toning workouts! This 20 minute class will strengthen and tighten your abs, obliques and lower abs. This part of the abs can be vary hard to target and your form/technique is critical here. Make sure you are not just going through the motions - you need to be really focussing on activating your lower ab muscles. Concentrate on pulling your belly button toward your spine as you breathe out. You should start to feel the muscles below your belly button really turning on and controlling your movement. This is how you target your lower belly and help to tighten and flatten those muscles. I’m also throwing in some sneaky arm toning routines, which you can level up with some hand or wrist weights if you have them. Even during these upper body toning sections, remember to activate your core and really use your abs to control your movement and stabilise yourself.
