Oscars 2021: Anthony Hopkins’ belated acceptance speech from Wales pays tribute to Chadwick Boseman

Anthony Hopkins has issued an acceptance speech after winning the Best Actor award at the Oscars. The 83-year-old Welshman was not in LA or at the London ceremony to pick up his prize and he did not appear by video link to give an acceptance speech.
