Silence of Dr. Evans: fascinating

Largely unknown outside the USSR, The Silence of Dr. Evans is one of the best Soviet science-fiction films I’ve seen. The film raises many philosophical, moral and ethical questions, and once again forces us to confront our conceptions of propaganda, communist and otherwise.
