Order Album: Listen on your favorite streaming service: SUBSCRIBE & FOLLOW ROCKMARK: SUBSCRIBE & FOLLOW ULTAR: Writing this song we couldn’t help but draw parallels between the Lovecraftian city of Innsmouth and our hometown, Krasnoyarsk. A person coming to our town from outside might feel similar to those who find themselves in Innsmouth for the first time: fetid smog, black skies, and an atmosphere of depressive isolation. Just as the presence of the Great Old Ones turns the people of Innsmouth into terrible creatures, the ecological situation in Krasnoyarsk makes people sick and infirm. Everyone knows who is responsible for that, yet fear prevents people from talking about it, just like some would be afraid to speak of the Old Gods or call their names out loud. The great evil dwells there. We tried to depict this atmosphere as well as possible, to provide our listeners with a little part of the true living nightmare that our friends and families experience day by day, year by year.
