Xbox ONE - Day one

Second console within 16 hours to fail..... How unlucky can one dude get??? Broken, straight out of the box. I originally put in Forza 5 but used the RATM disc (subtle hint on how I was feeling at the time) to prove the point to Xbox Support. The sound is coming from the loading mechanism, the disc still sits partially out of the case.
