The Gregory Brothers Recall Their Rise to Music & Internet Fame | Meet the Meme

You may not recognize them, but you’ve most definitely heard at least one of their mega-popular songs from the past decade. Their mark on internet and meme culture is deep, to say the least. Schmoyoho’s YouTube channel has been one of the biggest success stories to come out of the early days of the platform. Featuring The Gregory Brothers (Evan, Andrew and Michael), they are best known for their music videos taking clips of news, political debates, viral videos, etc. and turning them into hilarious auto-tuned songs. Since the group has been deeply immersed in meme and internet culture (with hits like the “Bed Intruder Song”) from the start, we invited them to sit down with us and recap everything from the early days of the Schmoyoho channel to the present day, as well as getting to the bottom of which Gregory Brother was truly the master of memes among them.
