Witness description: “17 days prior to this sighting, I caught the same looking object on video flying underneath a storm cloud. So my mother and I had made the habit of looking up. She noticed and orb that was flashing / randomly brightening with light. Can’t say if it was an internal light or reflective, but randomization makes me feel it may have been by choice, meaning internal. At the time there was a lot of air traffic, probably saw about 5 airplanes during the duration of observing the orb before it disappeared.
