HOW TO MAKE GAJORER HALUA (BENGALI HOME STYLE SWEET DISHES)

1. Gajor or Carrots (1 Kg)
2. Sugar (500 gms)
3. Boil milk or Condensed milk
4. Bay leaf
5. Kishmish or raisins
6. Kaju badam
7. small cinaman or choto elach
8. Ghee
9. Khoya kheer or Mawa
Apply:
Grated the carrot properly and mawoa also take kadarai over medium heat and add in that grated carrots with ghee and fry well properly... this over the heat for 10 mins by stirring from time to time.
Keep stirring from time to time. Add in the sugar and kaju badam and kismis. C
