The publication lays out a range of country-specific reform recommendations to ensure that economic policy and environmental policy go hand-in-hand, including better use of environmental taxation, phasing out agricultural subsidies and environmentally harmful tax breaks, and new actions to reduce greenhouse gas emissions.
