The record was issued from Japan Victor during mid 30s, as a part of Victor Immortal Selection of Great Victor Artists with special label similar to HMV. This series contains further Culp, Thibaud, Casals, Pachmann, Gerhardt, Melba and Kreisler Brother, each performing less known repertoires, thus few sales could have been expected in Japan at that time as a single issue.
