If you don’t want to learn these stuff for FREE, then stop watching and whining. I don’t want money so I can fraud you either. Get ripped off by other so called legit & expensive orgs and I will not stop you. Fair enough? There are 3 different methods we use which was taught to me and this is my favorite one. BTW: If you think this is TaeKwonDo and Hapkido, you are mislead by very very very foolish people.
