How to make a Salmon Poke bowl in 15 Minutes ( Easy & Healthy)
Satisfy your sushi craving with this amazing hawaiian inspired salmon poké bowl. It’s refreshing, easy to make and incredibly tasty!
In this video we will show you all the steps for an amazing salmon poke bowl at home, including how to make the rice for poké, how to marinade the salmon for amazing flavours, and also super healthy toppings!
If you like a spicier dish try sriracha mayo, simply mix sriracha and mayo! ;)
Ingredients
Rice bowl:
200g of Rice / 1cup
1tsp sugar
1tsp salt
2tsp rice vinegar
Samon Marinade:
1 piece of salmon ~ 120g
1 1/2 tbsp lime juice (20ml)
1 1/2 tbsp sesame oil (20ml)
2 tsp mirin (10ml)
2tsp rice vinegar 10ml
3tsp soy sauce 40ml
Toppings:
Pickled Carrot
Pickled cabbage
1/4 Cucumber
1/2 Avocado
3tsp crushed nuts
Shredded seaweed
2tsp Sesame Seeds
& Mayo!
