Adorable Owl Running

Watch Cecil the Spectacled Owl running to us. How cute is he? Please note: Cecil is wearing a leather anklet that has a GPS transmitter attached as he flies free outdoors every day. There have been a lot of comments saying that his leg is injured and that he’s tethered, neither of which is true.
