Meinl HCS Bronze - Side By Side Demo & Review

Every single cymbal from the new for 2020 Meinl HCS Bronze series demoed side by side. I had a blast checking this series out, and I can truthfully HIGHLY recommend these cymbals for anyone who’s a beginner drummer or has a tight budget for cymbals. They’re probably the most bang-for-your-buck series that Meinl makes, and I was also pleasantly surprised by how well they recorded. Minimal EQ/Compression done to the overheads and cymbal sound overall here. I kept the exact same mix settings for every cymbal, too, so any difference in volume/sound between them is 100% caused by the cymbal itself.
