At least three killed in Istanbul apartment building collapse

At least three people died and more than a dozen are injured after an eight-story apartment building collapsed in Istanbul, Turkey. Forty-three people were living in the building. It’s not clear how many people are still trapped. Some residents reportedly said they heard an explosion before the collapse.
