Dragonfly Secret: Key to Electric Ornithopters

You may have seen the ornithopter in Dune movie (2021).In this video we are going to look at the propulsive efficiency of the king predator from the insect world i.e. the dragonfly. By flapping its wings with the right phase shift, it is able to generate 120% of the lift than compared to single pair of wings. We will also look at artificial electrical muscles to power them.
