In the latest war of words between the US and North Korea, Pyongyang has hit back at US President Joe Biden, after he described its nuclear program as a serious threat to world security. North Korea accuses the US of pursuing a policy of hostility, and warns there will be consequences. This week North Korea has been putting on a show for the 10th Congress of the Socialist Patriotic Youth league. But while the crowds were dutifully fawning over their leader Kim Jong Un, furious diplomats were preparing a response to the US President.
