How do we make custom 3D-printed saddles?

πŸ› οΈ We make each saddle to order, one by one. By hand, from materials sourced in Europe, to be enjoyed for years. It is quite a ride sometimes, better have your seatbelt fasten! πŸš΄β€β™‚οΈπŸ’¨ πŸ’‘ After you process the video, you still may wonder how do we do it. Learn more about the whole process: πŸ”¬ To break it all down into basics, we use 3 main materials: - Thermoplastic polyurethane: each saddle padding is made of TPU printed on an industrial 3D printer using Multijet Fusion technology. - Carbon composite: the composite material we use is called pre-preg, a special fabric which has been pre-impregnated with epoxy resin. - Recycled cardboard: we’re proud of our packaging. It is completely plastic-free and made from recycled paper. πŸ€— Is that it? Not quite! The manufacturing blueprint took 2 years of deep research & development.
