Велодрожка светится в темноте (Ван Гог - Звёздная ночь)

The recent Van Gogh-Roosegaarde bicycle path is made of thousands twinkling stones inspired by ’Starry Night’. The path combines innovation with cultural heritage in the town of Nuenen NL, the place where Van Gogh lived in 1883. New designs include Dynamic Paint, Interactive Light, Induction Priority Lane and Road Printer. The collaboration between Roosegaarde and Heijmans is a true example of innovative industry. The design and interactivity by Studio Roosegaarde and the craftsmanship of Heijmans are fused into one common goal: innovation of the Dutch landscape. Smart Highway has been awarded a Dutch Design Award and an Accenture Innovation Award, and won the INDEX Award 2013.
