Olympic medallist, Joannie Rochette shares her story

Joannie Rochette’s connection to Heart & Stroke began in 2010. Two days before Joannie captured a bronze medal in figure skating for Team Canada at the 2010 Vancouver Olympics, her mom Thérèse died of a heart attack.
