National GCDP project of AIESEC in Ukraine is aimed at activating leadership among students, giving them a platform to make decisions about the future, and to help them identify the values, strengths and weaknesses, personal and professional goals. Main aims of the project 1 To increase English level among students and help them to overcome the language barrier . 2 To develop useful skills and abilities for future life (leadership, teamwork, proactive thinking, and others.).
