Los Angeles Homeless People: Unbelievable, West Hollywood is out of control

They are everywhere guys, some areas had been cleaned up, but they were always keep coming back. We know that can’t stop them being on the streets for they were nowhere else to go. I know we feel bad for them or sorry for them. Sometimes, when are driving around LA we handed food to the homeless. Trying to help when we can. This is very disturbing and awful to see homeless encampment is out of control. One day the streets looks cleaned. Then, the next day they are back again. I’m not trying to be mean or anything but we see them everywhere. I don’t believe in Karma either. Some people do believed in karma. I will call that instead, BAD LUCk for Some People!
