In this tutorial we explain the process of making a 1 piece, seamless bust mold with a resin support shell or “mother mold.“ For the silicone mold, we used PlatSil Gel-10 to create a soft, stretchy mold that will pull off of our pattern like a sock. For the support shell, we made a 2 piece resin mother mold using our 1512X resin thickened with PolyFiber.
