“BARBARA“ CrossFit WOD Demo - Alex (44:32) & Chris (52:00) @ United Barbell
Alex and Chris, both masters age (40 ) athletes, took on the “Barbara“ WOD and powered through 700 reps of bodyweight movements. Alex finished in 44:32; Chris in 52:00. Both said the WOD was more of a grind than they expected, and that push-ups were the toughest movement.
