“All So Long Ago“ (Tony O’Malley/Frank Collins) Dedicated to the memory of 1970 and Arrival who that year had top ten hits with Friends & I Will Survive; performed about eight times on Top of the Pops; played for the Queen at The Royal Gala Performance with Dave Allen, Morecambe & Wise, Frankie Howerd, Dad’s Army, The Young Generation & many more; played for the King of Morocco in Rabat; played a fantastic music festival in Palermo featuring Duke Ellington, Aretha, plus loads of other British bands (including Jim Mullen!) who were all flown to Sicily courtesy of DanAir; performed two weeks at Expo ’70 in Osaka plus gigs in Tokyo; guested on Pete & Dud’s great TV show; played The Isle of Wight Festival in front of 250,000 fans (Jimi’s last proper gig).
