Place 1/2 cup Monk fruit (or sweetener of choice) in a pot with 1 cup of water. add 6 oz of washed raspberries. Stir until sweetened is dissolved.
Bring to a boil and reduce the heat. Simmer for about 20 minutes.
Strain with some cheesecloth, pressing on the fruit. Store in a jar in the fridge for 2 weeks.
NOTE - Of the syrup crystalizes place the jar in a bowl with very hot water and heat slowly.
