NATO member Turkey’s consideration of a military base in Azerbaijan - which borders Russia - is yet another dangerous provocation by the Western military bloc. Worse still is that Turkey had flown in hundreds of Syrian mercenaries/terrorists to fight in last year’s Azeri-Armenian conflict.
