3D printed swirl rocket engine injector. It’s powered by 91% isopropyl alcohol and pressurized air. I’m still working out the exact mixture and flow rates I want in order to optimize the burn.
Printer settings:
.4 mm nozzle
.1 mm layer height
60 mm/s print speed
100% infill
105% flow (to help get a good seal)
NO STL FILES, this thing is too simple and too dangerous. I don’t feel comfortable releasing files because it could easily hurt someone who isn’t careful.
