Russia-Ukraine war: 12 dead as Russia strikes Ukrainian city of Vinnytsia

Twelve people including a baby have been killed in a Russian missile strike on the heart of the central Ukrainian city of Vinnytsia. The national police chief, Ihor Klymenko, said early information showed three missiles had hit an office block on Thursday, killing civilians and destroying nearby residential buildings.
