Amanita and the POV Character still visit Astarah’s Magic Scrolls Store in Maksti Bay where they are given a treasure map, disguises, and passage aboard a ship - but many details are now different - This new version is possibly a result of the changes made to the timeline by the POV Character; they were charged with doing so by the Owner of the House on Chicken Legs in Video #68 (Riding in a Mortar) and were shown to have created a ’fork’ as a result in Video #69 (Spa For the Spy) - “And I know you, too.“ In Video #13 Astarah did not know the POV Character; that she does now implies that she retains knowledge of the previous version. In Video #50 (Potions) she is shown sailing the Chrono Realms herself - Amanita could pay with Spell Currency in Video #13; it relied on her having not lied for a month. Astarah’s phrase “when you steal from someone, you steal from yourself“ suggests that this Amanita - who is dressed in a darker, more roguelike outfit than in the original version - has been denied the skill because of her dishonesty - The blue feather that Astarah plucks from the POV Character was one of several that were attached to them by an Avian in Video #79 (Into the Woods); they are supposed to be invisible outside of the interspatial passage in which they were received - In Video #13 Astarah provided the pair with three scrolls; when their ship was attacked in Video #20 (Magic Scrolls and Tales from the Big Bird) Amanita gave two of them to the POV Character for safekeeping and used the third to transform herself into a mermaid - Amanita and the POV Character were also travelling to Lüh Bay in Elfdale in Video #20, although they were supposed to stop in Sheheron first - Unlike Video #13 Astarah appears to be giving the POV Character whispered instructions while she is marking the map - In Video #13 Astarah arranged their passage aboard a pirate ship rather than with a ship of nobles, and she disguised the POV Character’s face herself rather than asking Lady Allegra to do so - “Directly into the midst of festivities.“ Per the World Anvil maps Lüh Bay is located directly east and across the water from the East River Festival shown in Video #57 (Facial in the Elvish Tent) - The Elven proficiency in sculpting with clay was previously shown in Video #36 (Sculpting) - The POV Character met several Twilight Elves in Video #72 (Baroque Fantasy); the Governor in that video was wearing white ceruse - the lead-based cosmetic that the nobles are emulating - on their face - Astarah’s aside to the POV Character, “remember who you are and what you came for,“ is another sign that she remembers the original version.
