Suspect Gets Shot by Houston Police Officer During Traffic Stop on a Stolen Vehicle

He and another suspect (Darius Emon Hicks, 21) ran from the vehicle. Officers pursued the suspects and could see one of them (Hicks) with a pistol in his hand. One officer discharged his duty weapon and struck Hicks in the leg. Officers provided first aid to Hicks and paramedics transported him to the hospital in stable condition.
