This Workout of the Week joins our guest presenters Tim Burrows and Paul Gillingham for a Kettlebell workout to put you through your paces. This features three exercises performed for three rounds. The exercises; 10 Kettlebell Swings 10 Kettlebell Snatches (5 each side) 10 Kettlebell Squats (5 each side) Do 5 rounds with 30 seconds rest between each. Let us know how you get on...
